    Havre Daily News staff A mix-up in having Havre Daily News printed out of town and shipped to Havre left the paper short about 1,000 editions to deliver today. The paper will deliver what it received and deliver what it can in make-up printing Friday or credit accounts that do not receive a paper. Subscribers can access the full website and also can access the e-edition, an electronic PDF version of the full paper, on their computers.     The Hill County Health Department, along with the Montana Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Environmental Quality, are warning local residents to look out for harmful algal blooms as the summer progresses.
