The Hill County Commission in their weekly business meeting Thursday morning awarded the Beaver Creek Dam Spillway and Spill Basin Repair Project to Walker River Construction. Havre Public Works reported a major water line break was repaired Wednesday evening and outdoor water use could resume. Havre residents were asked to restrict their water use and not use outdoor water at all Wednesday morning when a main line from the city water treatment plant broke.
