NorthWestern Energy reports a power outage occurred this afternoon, from Lohman through Chinook to Zurich, but power was quickly restored. Spokesperson Jo Dee Black said the outage, which impacted about 1,400 NorthWestern Energy customers, started about 12:27 p.m. today.
