    Three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of two Rocky Boy men, Darin Benard Caplette, 41, and Thomas Roderick Yallup, 42, who were killed early Thursday morning in Box Elder, in what appears to be a targeted assault.     BLURB Montana Highway Patrol released a report Saturday about the dearth of a Chinook man after a single-vehicle car crash the afternoon of March 17 on Montana Secondary Highway 529, also known as Clear Creek Road.
