Havre Daily News staff The Salvation Army Northwest and Walmart are providing an opportunity to children and families in need to shop for new back-to-school clothing. The event is completely funded by donations to The Salvation Army. People can donate at alarmy.us/btsoldnavy. Havre City Council heard an update Monday on the water restrictions in place in Havre, which have been eased, and on plans to permanently fix the issue. Rocky Boy Police are looking for a man they want to speak to about a shooting death on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation early Monday morning.
