    A man was being held this morning without bond in the Hill County Detention Center on charges stemming from a fatal shooting Sunday in Havre. Xavier Clark of Havre, 23, is being held on a pending a felony charge of negligent homicide. Havre Sheriff and Coroner Jamieson Ross said this morning that 21-year-old Dyllan J. Murray was the person killed. The Havre Plaindealer apparently went out of business in May of 1921, which leaves the Havre Daily Promoter’s microfilm to use.
