    Two separate power outages impacted the region Thursday night, with many NorthWestern Energy customers impacted by both outages.     With the unofficial returns tallied on the election this week, some new faces are in some of the offices. In Blaine County, retired sheriff Glenn Heustis upset incumbent Keith Hanson in the race for mayor. Huestis received 222 votes to Hanson’s 179.     The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 681 new cases, 8,705 active cases, 343 hospitalizations and 2,415 deaths.
