    A new problem arose on the press of the Havre Daily News Tuesday after a previous problem had been fixed. While work is being done to try to resolve the issue today, it will not be fixed in time to distribute a print edition of the Havre Daily today. Havre Daily’s management apologized for the problem and assured its readers that all that is possible at this time is being done to get the press running again.     Havre Fire Department responded to three fires in the Havre area over the weekend. Saturday at 8:33 a.m., Havre firefighters were called to a structure fire on the 2600 Block of 34th Street Southeast, in the Saddle Butte area of Rural Fire District 1. Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said that seven personnel in two engines and an ambulance were on-scene.
