    A Havre woman has pleaded guilty in state District Court in Havre to a homicide charge stemming from a head-on crash east of Havre in January. Jolee Lyn Landgraf, born in 1992, pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to a felony count of vehicular homicide while under the influence stemming from the crash that killed Loretta Park of Havre, 73.     The Hill County Park Board Monday unanimously approved allocating $4,500 of its budget to be used to pay for beaver trapping. Beaver Creek Park Superintendent Chad Edgar said that would provide, at $30 a beaver, funds to trap up to 150 beaver.     Counties in the area are sticking with their current approach to fire restrictions despite very few of them reporting fires in the past week.
