    Havre Public Works announced that work will start today on a half block on the 600 Block of Third Avenue. The northbound lane of Third Avenue from the intersection of Third Avenue and Seventh Street on the south to approximately the middle of the block on the north will be closed while workers prepare, pour concrete, and let it cure.
