Havre Salvation Army has only nine days left to raise money for next year’s social services budget and is in serious need of volunteers and contributions. During their weekly business meeting Thursday the Hill County Commission voted to approve a letter of support for the state raising their Medicaid reimbursement rates for nursing homes.
