    The Great Northern Fair Board detailed the 2021 Great Northern Fair’s schedule at their monthly meeting Tuesday night. Wednesday, July 14, will host the Junior Rodeo with the Midway West Amusements Carnival opening at 4 p.m. and running until midnight. Thursday, July 15, will host the Montana State University Open Rodeo along with free entertainment including Patrick the One-Man Circus.     Havre is home to an international-award-winning brewery as Vizsla Brewing Company won double gold honors at the 2021 European Beer Challenge. Vizsla, which opened two years ago, won the double gold medal with its beer the Blond “Chessie” Dubbel.     Havre community member Tony Gabrielsen has announced his candidacy for City Council. Gabrielsen, 53, is originally from St. Paul, Minn., of Noreweigian descent and was brought up in the Lutheran tradition. This upbringing is what brought his family to Havre.
