    Havre Public Schools said in a release it is working with law enforcement to investigate a threat that led to the evacuation of Havre Middle School. The release said all students are safe and were bused to Fifth Avenue Christian Church for reunification with their parents or guardians.     Press release HELENA — Owners of motorboats, sailboats or personal watercraft need to get new, free 2023-2026 validation decals for their watercraft soon. The current red decals expire Feb. 28.
