Havre Daily News staff The Salvation Army Northwest and Walmart are providing an opportunity to children and families in need to shop for new back-to-school clothing. The event is completely funded by donations to The Salvation Army. People can donate at alarmy.us/btsoldnavy. Rocky Boy Police are looking for a man they want to speak to about a shooting death on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation early Monday morning.
