    As new COVID-19 cases continue to surge in the state and the region, more jurisdictions are closing.     The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 2,051 new cases, 11,242 active cases, 242 hospitalizations and 2,964 deaths. The cumulative total for the state was 218,047 cases. Hill County Health Department said in its update Tuesday that 69 new cases were reported from Saturday through Tuesday and 53 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 130 active cases in the county and 3,843 total cases.     The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a woman who died in a house fire in Harlem early Tuesday morning. Blaine County Undersheriff Chris Adair said Shenia Sterns, 25, died in the fire which was called in around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning. The fire was responded to by the Chinook and Harlem fire departments along with the Fort Belknap Volunteer Fired Department which provided mutual aid.
