    A North Dakota woman died in a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday morning and the Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the incident. The woman was 47 years old and was pronounced dead on arrival. Her name had not been released as of printing deadline this morning.     The 2023 Fourth of July Festival and Community Picnic, one of Havre’s centerpiece Independence Day celebrations, is set for Tuesday at noon at Pepin Park with food, a flag ceremony and music for local residents.
