    Press release Hill County Sheriff’s Office said in a release this morning that they will be making phone calls to the public, attempting to notify and serve several people who have not returned their juror notification questionnaire from Hill County courts. The release said these are not prank calls or scams.     Havre Daily News staff Havre Public Works announced that the bulk water station on 16th Avenue is again not usable. “We hate to say it, but the bulk water plant is again out of service,” the department said in a release. “We have a new card reader on order already and hope that it arrives soon so that we can get this fixed once and for all.” The release said that, until the repairs are complete, people who use the bulk water plant go to the city shop for water until it is fixed.
