    Havre Public Works repaired a water main break on U.S. Highway 2 east late Thursday, and now is working on a break near Carpenter Park. Late Thursday afternoon, Havre Public Works announced in a release sent out at 4:59 p.m. that it was dealing with a water break on the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 2 East, in the area of Pacific Recycling.
