National Weather Service has issued a flood warning affecting northern Blaine and Hill counties along Lodge Creek near the international border with Canada, with minor flooding forecast. The warning was issued at 6:48 this morning and is in effect until further notice, Weather Service said. At 6:25 this morning, the creek was at 7.9 feet with flood stage at 7 feet, the warning said.
