    A winter weather advisory is in effect for a region from the Rocky Mountain Front as far east as Liberty County, with a special warning for parts of Hill and Chouteau counties.     After a few months of relative quiet, the Blaine County Health Department was notified of 26 new COVID-19 cases in the last three days, a significant jump from the eight they saw between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28.     At 12:01 this morning, Hill County moved out of Stage 1 fire restrictions and into a burn ban, effectively moving back to the restrictions that were in place before the Eagle Creek Fire broke out in September. Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson said this change comes at the request of area fire chiefs.
