    People assembled on the flag-bedecked lawn outside the Hill County Courthouse Monday for a Memorial Day ceremony to honor the fallen military members of wars past and present.     Parents, friends, teachers and fellow students packed into the Havre High School gymnasium Sunday afternoon to celebrate the 108 students who made up the graduating Class of 2017.     A Havre man is accused of shooting his stepfather with a .22-caliber rifle Saturday, court documents say.
