    A long line formed at Havre-Hill County Library Saturday afternoon for a community hayride. A horse-drawn wagon was used in the rides, and this brought in many families.     The Early Edge pre-school program proposed by Gov. Steve Bullock will be far more expensive than supporters claim, and it will cause unforeseen problems for school districts that take part.
