    Hill County Health Director and Health Officer Kim Larson said Friday that the county’s drop in COVID-19 spread is continuing as plans are made for the rollout of vaccines. Larson said, during the Hill County Board of Health’s weekly update, only 522 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded that day in Montana, significantly lower than just a few weeks ago.     The Havre Police Department had to make a change this year in its Christmas activities, changing as so much has due to COVID-19. The department was not able to do its annual Shop with a Cop event this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.     Fort Belknap Indian Community reported a COVID-19-related death Saturday as did the Blaine County Health Department Friday evening. Fort Belknap numbers are reflected in either Blaine or Phillips counties’ numbers.     The Fresno Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited, Montana Fish and Wildlife and Parks and the City of Havre plan to collect Christmas trees for the purpose of enhancing fishing at the Fresno Reservoir. Starting Thursday, people can discard their Christmas trees at Memorial Park on the 100 Block of Fifth Avenue to be used in the spawning habitat project.
