    Press release Havre High School speech and debate took a small holiday team to a small holiday tournament in Fort Benton over the weekend and saw some success. Havre”s Izabelle “Izzy” Hagen, a freshman, did well in the largest event at the tournament, placing fifth in dramatic oral interpretation of literature.
