    The Rocky Boy Police Department said it has seized the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run crash last Thursday that killed 16-year-old Lacey Arkinson on Laredo Road on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation. The release from the department said a suspect has been identified and the Rocky Boy Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation are continuing the investigation.     Press release Police are asking the public for help after the death of a juvenile female in a hit-and-run on Laredo Road near the intersection to Upper Box Elder Road in Box Elder Montana.
