    Officials say a fire at the Big Equipment shop - the company's second in two years - will be a complete loss. "The building is going to be a complete loss, some of the contents will be able to be salvaged," Havre Fire Chief Mel Paulson said.     The Hill County coroner released Monday afternoon the name of a 16-year-old girl who was killed during a hit-and-run crash Thursday. Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross said Lacey Kaide Arkinson of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, 16, died as a result of injuries sustained in the hit-and-run crash that occurred Thursday night at Buttercup and Laredo roads on Rocky Boy.     Havre City Council passed the confirmation of Marc Oberweiser as a patrol officer for the Havre Police Department Monday at the council’s monthly meeting.
