    This school year has seen a lot of changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Havre High School and Middle School music programs have had to adapt to the changes as well.     Hill County Public Health Director and Health Officer Kim Larson said the area has seen a notable decrease in COVID-19 spread, and people need to make sure that continues. Larson said Friday during the weekly Hill County Board of Health COVID-19 update that as of 10 a.m. Friday, Hill County had 124 active cases of COVID-19 and the department was keeping track of 111 people in quarantine.     With the first round of COVID-19 vaccine on the way to hospitals in Montana to vaccinate front-line health care workers, testing for the disease is continuing, although some jurisdictions are having to make choices on who they can test. Officials said testing is not being rationed in Hill County.     From Montana Public Service Commission HELENA — July 16, 2020, the Federal Communications Commission approved the designation of 988 as the new, nationwide, 3-digit abbreviated code for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
