    Press release Havre Elks Lodge (BPOE 1201) will conduct their annual Memorial Service Sunday, December 1st at 2:00 p.m. in the Lodge Room located at 321 2nd Street.     By Emily Mayer Thanksgiving was on its way, and the Personals society pages were chock-full of people leaving Havre to visit family or people coming to Havre to visit family during the big holiday.
