    The graveside service scheduled for today at noon for Ernest Sheldon "Ternie" Taylor, 92, have been canceled due to the weather conditions. Ternie passed away with his family by his side October 13, 2019, at River Stone Hospice Home in Billings MT. Graveside services had been scheduled at Kuper Memorial Cemetery in Chinook with a reception at 1 p.m. Services will be rescheduled at a later date.     A snowstorm hit Havre Tuesday, leading to multiple crashes in the area and Havre police requesting people to stay of the streets if possible. Snow started falling mid-afternoon and fell heavily at times through the evening. After several crashes occurred on Hospital Hill, 13th Street from Fifth Avenue to Highland Park and Northern Montana Hospital, that route was closed and remained closed this morning.
