    A hearing on whether to remove Ken Blatt St. Marks as Chippewa Cree tribal chairman will be held Monday at tribal headquarters. Tribal council voted Friday to suspend St. Marks for a second time. Monday’s hearing is being held “to afford Ken Blatt St. Marks due process and a full and fair opportunity to respond to all charges as required by the Constitution,” the tribe said in a letter to employees.
