    The plans and paperwork for the construction of a Burger King in Havre is expected to be finalized by the end of February, Meridian Restaurants Marketing Director Vy Trinh said this morning.     Hill County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man arrested Friday in relation to a high-speed pursuit through Hill County and Havre. Josh Herrig of Havre, 23, was arrested Friday and was being held this morning in the Hill County Detention Center on $20,000 bond on suspicion of probation violation.
