    Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks HELENA – On Tuesday, a District Court in Lewis and Clark County issued a temporary restraining order impacting some of Montana's wolf hunting and trapping regulations. The changes go into effect immediately.     The Hill County Health Department just confirmed it’s first case of influenza in the county this year, and are reminding everyone of ways to keep themselves safe. A release from the department Monday afternoon said the symptoms include fever and/or chills, headache, extreme tiredness and muscle aches, dry cough, sore throat and a runny or stuffy nose.     The Chippewa Cree Tribe Business Committee on Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation swore into office its four new members this morning.     The H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board discussed, at a monthly meeting Monday evening, its upcoming Dinosaur Christmas event, as well as when to close for the winter. Dinosaur Christmas is scheduled for Dec. 3 from noon to 2 p.m. at the museum’s old location at the Holiday Village Mall, just before Cookies and Books with Santa, also at the mall at 2 p.m. The event will have arts and crafts, a Christmas tree and dinosaur eggs for children to open.     The Hill County Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council heard updates from their various associated organizations with a number of new faces at their bi-monthly meeting Monday. LAC Chair Andi Daniel said the council is required to have at least 51 percent of its membership be consumers of behavioral health services, or the family member of someone who does, and they are always looking for more members.
