    The Montana Kinship Program Havre Support Group, formerly known as “Grandparents Raising Grandchildren” will meet for their monthly meeting Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Havre-Hill County Library.     Relay For Life of North Central Montana met for their monthly meeting Wednesday to finalize the 2020 date and pick a location for the relay.     A public meeting has been set to discuss the Oakwood Village project Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Havre City Hall, just prior to the Havre City Council’s regular meeting. Affiliated Developers Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, announced last year the company was looking to purchase Oakwood Village.
