Havre Daily News is again printing a preview to the Christmas season, and is looking for events and activities to list. Daily News staff is contacting local groups and organizations, but people who want to make sure their event is in the special section can email information to [email protected] by Wednesday morning this week. People should include contact information for the paper in case any questions arise about the event....
Harlem Public Schools announced in a Facebook post this afternoon that it was closing the schools early to allow law enforcement to investigate a possible threat. The post said junior and senior high school buses would load at 1:45 p.m. and the elementary school buses would load at 1:55 p.m. "We are sorry for any inconvenience and will inform the public of the outcome of the investigation when it is available," the post said.
