    Margaret M. Boehlke, 82, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, at the Northern Montana Care Center of natural causes. Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with Deacon Timothy Maroney officiating.     The Havre School Board of Trustees quickly passed a resolution Tuesday night allowing the Havre High School Band to travel to Washington, D.C., over the Fourth of July holiday. The band will represent Montana in the annual Independence Day Parade in the nation’s capital. “This is an honor,” said Havre High Assistant Principal Kipp Lewis, as he presented the proposal to the school board.
