    It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eugene Goligoski, 77, of San Diego, who died on Oct. 27, 2014, surrounded by family. Gene was born Oct. 19, 1937, in Havre, Montana, to Helen Goligoski. He attended St. Jude Thaddeus School and graduated from Havre Central High School. Upon graduation, he entered military service.     The four new members of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation Business Committee were voted upon Nov. 4, but had to wait until Monday to see if any objections were filed. Jonathan Windy Boy was one of the people on the eight-person list voters could choose from and said he filed his objection Friday afternoon.     Bruce Harold Sunchild, who faces theft and tax evasion charges in a string of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation investigations, had a change-of-plea hearing Monday. Sunchild pleaded guilty to charges at the United States District Court in Great Falls Monday and is set to be sentenced Jan. 29. He pleaded guilty to two counts of theft.
