    Montana Farmers Union A new meat processing cooperative in Havre has received nearly $292,000 in Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program funding.     The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees voted unanimously Tuesday to appoint Brad Moore as Interim Superintendent for the remainder of the year. Craig Mueller had been superintendent until last month when he died unexpectedly, leaving the district without a superintendent.     The executive assistant of the Hill County Commission took a victory in Tuesday's election, defeating the incumbent commissioner. Democrat Sheri Williams won the commission election in a close race, with 1,880 votes to incumbent Republican Commissioner Diane McLean's 1,781. Independent Les Odegard received 1,415 votes.     A caller near Carpenter Park reported to Havre Police Tuesday at 3:39 p.m. seeing signs of a water main break in the area. Havre Public Works Director Dave Peterson said a water main break occurred near the intersection of Sixth Street and 12th Avenue. Water was shut off to a one to two block area for the night, but a crew was out first thing this morning to start the repair, he said.
