    The Havre High volleyball team isn't done. But the Blue Ponies gave it a great run at the Eastern A Divisional in Livingston.     Three Hi-Line football teams are headed to the state semifinals next Saturday. The Havre Blue Ponies trounced Columbia Falls 47-13 Saturday in Blue Pony Stadium and will advance to the Class A semifinals, where they'll face Dillon next Saturday in Dillon.     With a trhilling five-set win over Billings Central on Friday afternoon, the Havre High volleyball team stayed unbeaten at the Eastern A Divisional in Livingston. More importantly, the Ponies locked up a berth in next week's Class A state tournament. Billings Central, the Eastern A regular season champion, had a 2-1 lead on the Ponies, but Havre stormed back to take the final two sets.
