    Montana Gov. Steve Bullock, Sen. Jon Tester, Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate Amanda Curtis and John Lewis, who is running for the U.S. House of Representatives visited Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation this morning to urge residents to register and vote Democratic.     The Montana Highway Patrol reported online a crash that occurred Wednesday evening on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest outside of Havre. Authorities received a call at 7:58 p.m. and arrived on the scene at 8:00 p.m., the patrol online incident report says. Troopers were not available this morning to provide any more information.     A new funeral home has opened in Havre. Hi-Line Funeral Services opened its doors Friday, Oct. 15, at 310 S. Dell, which is the former location of New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene.     Special to the Havre Daily The Bullhook Bottoms Black Powder Club held its annual Christmas Turkey Shoot Oct. 12 at the Hill County Sports Shooting Range on River Road west of Havre. Eighteen shooters participated in the afternoon event with six matches — all five shots each at various distances and positions.
