    Relay For Life of North Central Montana 2020 will be held Friday, July 10, 2020, from 5 to 11 p.m. with no location announced yet.     Havre's vacant property registration ordinance has been at a standstill since it was last sent in June to the city attorney, who advised the city that enacting a VPRO would not be in the best interest of Havre. Local officials agree that perhaps the only way of proceeding with a VPRO would be changing Havre from a general law municipality to a charter law municipality.     Havre Animal Shelter is now quarantined due to a dog being diagnosed with a highly contagious virus. “ (I am) shutting the shelter down for awhile as a precaution because of the dog that went through,” Havre Animal Control Officer Peter Federspiel said this morning. Federspiel said the shelter found out about the dog last Friday.
