    The three people who are hoping to fill the two Havre school board slots are Keshia Fegan and Wayne Bolken and incumbent Norm Proctor. Proctor works at Montana Department of Transportation,. Fegan works at Steve Mariani Insurance and Bolken is a retired Havre Public Schools history teacher. The two who receive the most votes earn the spots.     Police documents have revealed more about a March 8 incident in which a driver drove through the fence of a tennis court near Havre High School Some of the details include that five people, not one, were involved, and the driver was not the federal felon Dustin Flying, as was reported earlier.
