Timothy Jeffrey announcing their resignations within six weeks of each other, the Hill County Commission is moving to temporarily fill the void that will be left after their departure.     A man was being held this morning without bond in the Hill County Detention Center on charges stemming from a fatal shooting Sunday in Havre. Xavier Clark of Havre, 23, is being held on a pending a felony charge of negligent homicide. Havre Sheriff and Coroner Jamieson Ross said this morning that 21-year-old Dyllan J. Murray was the person killed.     For the second year in a row, St. Jude Thaddeus School's Pumpkin Patch fundraiser has had to be canceled due to COVID-19 as students in its upper grades move into remote learning for the remainder of the week.
