    A man who deserted from the Afghanistan army has been arrested in Havre. U.S. Border Patrol officers from the Havre station arrested Mustafa Tanin as he was on a westbound Amtrak train on Tuesday. Agents said Tanin, an officer in the Afghan military, entered the United States for military training. He was sent to Lackland Air Force in San Antonio, Texas. He was in Washington, D.C., on a training exercise on Sept. 29, when he deserted, By leaving his assignment, he was declared absent without leave by the Afghan military....
