    Havre Daily New staff The power has not been restored everywhere, but NorthWestern Energy reports its crews are still working on power outages caused by the record-setting snow storm Oct. 2-3, and hopes to have all higher-priority customers back in service by Thursday.     A Harlem woman who assaulted a man while in Havre in January agreed to a plea deal Friday and is scheduled to be sentenced in District Court in Havre Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. Amber (Black Lance) Lawrence, born in 1985, pleaded no contest to a felony count of assault with a weapon. In a no contest plea, the defendant does not admit guilt but agrees the prosecution has enough evidence to convince a jury to find them guilty.     Ann Natalie Stephens passed away Oct. 8, 2017, in Kalispell, Montana, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was 90 years old.
