    Havre Fire Department responded to three fires in the Havre area over the weekend. Saturday at 8:33 a.m., Havre firefighters were called to a structure fire on the 2600 Block of 34th Street Southeast, in the Saddle Butte area of Rural Fire District 1. Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said that seven personnel in two engines and an ambulance were on-scene.     Unofficial primary election results for the Fort Belknap Indian Community Council have been released, sending 18 candidates for eight seats to the general election later this year. Each seat’s election will send the two candidates with the most votes to the general election held later in 2023. The River Gros Ventre District will see Dominic R.
