Agnes Mae Seidel Millner, 82, passed away on September 26, 2018, at Northern Montana Hospital. Agnes was a lifelong Montanan. She was born on February 1, 1936, in Havre, MT, on the family farm. After graduating from Havre Central Catholic High School she went on to get her registered nursing certificate, She then got married on August 31, 1957, to the love of her life, Donald Kenneth Millner of Glendive MT. Bear Paw Ski Bowl south of Havre has some new equipment for the upcoming ski season and is setting up a place for people to rent skis. The Eagles Manor is repairing its boiler and will have it running today, Eagles Manor Supervising Site Manager Karen Granger said this morning. The manor started working on the heat system to replace its pumps more than six weeks ago, she added. During the last two weeks I have read three well-written articles that appeared in the Billings Gazette, that spoke of the importance of the 1989 Montana Bad Actor Law.
