    Havre City Council Monday voted on how to use gas tax money, from the state, in a resolution requesting distribution of Bridge and Road Safety and Accountability Program funds.     Editor, Just two days after my son was born, we found out that he had a potentially fatal heart defect. At 4-months-old we took him to have a procedure done on one of the valves on his heart. The valve will have to be replaced again, eventually. Luckily, thanks to Montana’s Medicaid we have access to good doctors and annual check-ups that are affordable.
