    Just before 7:30 a.m. this morning power went out in seemingly all of Havre as well as much of Chinook, Malta and Harlem. Northwestern Energy's outage map list the estimated time of energy restoration in Havre at 9:30 a.m. and those outages further east at 10 a.m. Hill County Electric will not available to provide further information on any interruptions to its service until early tomorrow morning.
