Gov. Steve Bullock will headline the Hill County Democratic Party’s annual Pasma-Peck dinner Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Eagles Club in Havre. The dinner, named in honor of former State Rep. For years in the 1960s and ’70s, there was an Indian Center in Havre that served the Native population in Havre and the surrounding area. William Main of Fort Belknap Indian Reservation said members took advantage of the services when he was young. But in the 1980, the center folded.
