    Over the weekend, the Montana State University-Northern rodeo teams hosted a pair of rodeos up on the Hi-Line. In the first rodeo, the MSU-N women's team finished first while the MSU-N men's team took third. Then in the second rodeo, the Skylights took second while the Lights finished third.     By Judy Vosen Local Red Cross blood drive volunteer coordinator The recent Havre Community Red Cross Blood Drive held at St. Jude Parish Center Monday, July 24, was once again a success. It saw 89 units collected, which is somewhat less than is usual for the community drive, but this drive had some extenuating circumstances. The Red Cross workers were unexpectedly short-staffed and were, therefore, unable to accept walk-ins that day. Hopefully that will not be the case at future blood drives.
